Hello. I’m Kristina

I’ve spent 30+ years of my professional life in various corporate leadership and management roles, empowering high performing teams and creating Executive, C-Suite client relationships; all with the intention of creating better employee and customer experiences. I’ve had titles like Manager, Director, Sr. Director, and VP across a variety of industries such as: banking/financial services, technology hardware & software sales, SaaS/PaaS, management consulting, customer/operations support, customer success, experience design and management. Regardless of the title, my work is most meaningful when it is about helping someone or a group to achieve their desired business and/or personal goals. I am a daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend, an animal and nature lover. I live in the Chicago area with my husband and our adorable fur-baby.

I’ve had some wonderful successes and I’ve had jobs that just didn’t work out. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing people! I have had great bosses and some who were not so supportive or inspirational. I have worked in some great company cultures and some not so great ones, and I have unfortunately experienced toxic work environments. I am human and I have been in some good relationships and some bad. Life hasn’t happened exactly as I planned/thought it would and yet I am thrilled with what it is now and the potential it holds!

I share this because this is why I am a coach and mentor. I have been there and I don’t think anyone has to settle or live in a way that doesn’t feel right and good. I believe that we all possess unique and powerful personal strengths. I do this, because I want to help other people to lean into their personal strengths and all that is possible; to define, create and move forward to live their best lives.

I am a Co-Active, CTI trained coach with hundreds of hours of training and coaching experience. I am a member of ICF and I adhere to the ICF code of ethics in my practice. I am Customer Experience Professional and a LUMA Design Thinking Practitioner. I leverage tools such as mindfulness, design thinking, positive intelligence and experience journey mapping in my coaching practice. YES, I have a coach for myself and in fact I have more than one!

Let’s talk and get to know each other!

Are you curious about what coaching is and how it can help you to live your best life?

I know one thing for sure. If you are committed to changing yourself in some way; to be better, achieve more, have better relationships, to be a better person and have a greater impact; having a coach as your thinking partner and champion will change your life!
